No Refunds After Delivery Acceptance
Once the goods are delivered and accepted by the customers, we do not provide refunds or accept returns. It is the responsibility of the customer to thoroughly inspect the goods before signing the delivery note.
Inspection Upon Delivery
We strongly encourage our customers to inspect all items delivered by our team or third-party carriers before accepting the delivery. If you notice any discrepancies, damages, or defects with your order, please bring them to the attention of our delivery personnel. If necessary, refuse delivery of the item(s) in question and contact our customer support immediately.
Defective or Incorrect Items

Automatic Refunds for Debit/Credit Card Orders
For orders paid with Card Payment Gateway, refunds will be automatically processed when the order is canceled before it is marked as processing. Please note that it may take some time for the refunded amount to be credited to your original payment method.
